Parents/Guardians,
Enrollment forms are available to complete! Enrollment forms MUST be completed before your child starts school. First day of school is Thursday, August 15, 2024.
*** The Lunch Form application online will be posted at a later time onto the parents Sylogist (Wengage) portal. As soon as the forms become available we encourage parents to fill out one application per household. A message will be added to the Calumet Schools website when the lunch application is available. ***
Message to Parent/Legal Guardian of Returning Students:
Login to your Sylogist (Wengage) account, Click on the Icon Student Records Portal, complete all required forms for your child's enrollment. Once you complete all forms, make sure to click "SUBMIT TO SITE", so forms can be process to the schools SIS (Student Information System). Calumet Schools will then receive your submission forms and be able to review all information.
Message to Parent/Legal Guardian enrolling New Students:
If your child is a NEW STUDENT attending Calumet Schools or attended previously but did NOT end the 2023-2024 school year at Calumet Public Schools and lives in the Calumet district. Visit the link highlighted below to request a Sylogist (Wengage) account.

Click on "Request Account". Complete the information requested then click submit. Please allow for your request to be viewed by the school office.
Approvals can take up to 24hrs depending on date and time you submitted your request. Once your request has been accepted you will receive an email from Sylogist, containing your login information and steps to create a password.
NOTE FOR PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN- NEW TRANSFER STUDENTS:
If you do not live in the Calumet district, you first need to complete an open transfer form through the Oklahoma State Department website (sde.ok.gov), under "student transfer request" . You will receive a response status in an email after application has been reviewed by the school district . If status is approved, you may then follow steps above under "Message to Parent/Legal Guardian enrolling New Students", to request a Sylogist (Wengage) account.
