Online enrollment is now open for the 2021-2022 school year! 

FOR RETURNING STUDENTS

How to get started?

Legal Parent/Guardian, Logon to  your Wengage account at

https://ok.wengage.com/calumet

*Parents/ Guardians, if you forgot  your password click on "forgot password" enter your username then click submit. An email will be sent to the email we have in our Student Information System. If you need further assistance, call the school at 405-893-2494.

**For Parents/ Guardians without access to a computer or unable to access the internet, The Calumet High School building has computers available that you can use on-site. Monday - Thursday 8:00a.m - 12:00p.m.

Once you logon to your account, Click on the Icon " Student Records Portal" then click on" Enroll Student 2021-2022".

 If you have more than one student, you will need to fill out enrollment forms for each student. When you have finished completing  all forms , click “Submit to site ” located on the top right hand corner. This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. Any required questions not answered will be highlighted for you on the form.

*Required questions are marked as "Required" in the enrollment forms and should be answered or you cannot submit your child(ren) enrollment forms.




NEW/ FORMER STUDENTS

**For Parents/ Guardians without access to a computer or unable to access the internet, The Calumet High School building has computers available that you can use on-site. Monday - Thursday 8:00a.m - 12:00p.m.

Parents, If your child(ren) NEVER attended school in the Calumet District or attended previously but did NOT end the 2020-2021 school year at Calumet Public Schools, You would need to request a Wengage account. Please visit the link highlighted below to request a Wengage login.

Click on "Request Account"

Complete the information requested then submit. Please allow for your approval email to proceed.

* Approvals can take up to 15 minutes or up to the next business day depending on when you submitted your request.

Once your request has been accepted you will receive an email from Wengage containing your username & temporarily password.

 visit https://ok.wengage.com/calumet , to logon to your account, Click on the Icon Student Records Portal" then click on" ADD New Student ", to start on the enrollment forms.

 If you are enrolling more than one student, make sure to fill out enrollment forms for each individual  student. When you have finished completing  all forms , click “Submit to site ” located on the top right hand corner. This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions. Any required questions not answered will be highlighted for you on the form.

YOU WILL NEED TO UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WHEN YOU ARE FILLING OUT ENROLLMENT FORMS AS WELL OR  YOU COULD COME TO THE ELEMENTARY / HIGH SCHOOL OFFICE. 

  • Proof of Residency* (required) 

  • Immunization Records* (required)

  • New birth certificate/court documents (required)

  • Custody papers (if applicable)

  • CDIB Card (if applicable)

* Utility Bill, Rental Agreement, or Purchase Agreement. Utility Bill must be gas, water, cable or electric. Cell Phone or Cut-Off Notices will not be accepted.
